I pray for Nancy every day, she is beautiful and in good health but suffers from dementia. We have such a sweet history together. Our babies were our greatest bond. We both became great-grand-mothers recently so there are still many wonderful things I wish we could share.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
– Philippians 4:6-7
My sweet sister Nancy
Gavriella, I call her Ella Joy.
Ella Joy is three months old now. This is one of my favorite pictures. She lives in Uganda, half a world away but ZZ and John send pictures and videos every day. It is almost like being there! She will be meeting her Texas grandparents for the first time in a few more weeks. She is the first baby in our family since ZZ was born 26 years ago. This makes my heart happy~
Tricia with Molly
Everyone loves Tricia! She is a great part of our lives, she is the lover of the pets, she plays her music at all of our big dinners and is always available when we need someone there to take care of things. What a sweet blessing~
this was Kobi Joe on his first day in his new home. He was hyper and and happy~goodbye to any afternoon naps after work~
here is Kobi at about 6 months, he was beautiful, we wondered how he ever ended up in the pound~
these are two of the most beautiful dogs ever, they had a good life and made the world a better place, they sure loved their mama
she was the real thing, a full blood bichon frise, absolutely adorable and always a happy girl~
This blog would not be complete without pictures of Kobi and Molly. They reigned over their house for 14 years and lit up every single day. I will always remember them driving off in the car, two little white heads bobbing up and down, ready to go back home. Thank you Lord for these treasures~
every friend had a name, some of them were very old, all of them were her friends, she taught them everything she knew~
This is one of the many tea parties at our house. Spook was the number one dog, she lived to be just short of 19 years. ZZ was the most fun I can ever remember. What a blessing to be a grammy.
At three months old Ella Joy is listening to her papa read a Bible verse. She really seems interested. This is a precious picture.
